The rooms are quiet and have good AC/Heat. This hotel is definitely worth the money because there is a full breakfast and dinner service. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is plenty of parking and outlets in room.

Wonderful! Even breakfast is complete. The kitchen staff is lovely, with great service. Edit to mention that I had been sad about no Ice machine but I found a working Ice make in our full size fridge! Also, after 4 days, we can say this place serves the best free breakfast of any hotel I've been! Except there is no half and half for my coffee. Gonna look for a Staybridge from now on.

I had to go to California on a week long business trip for the first time and chose this as my hotel for the duration of my stay. I loved every second of it. The complimentary breakfast was great and had something different every day. The room might a well have been a one person apartment, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Every hotel I've been to since 2020 has had their hot tub shut down and to my surprise that was not the case with this hotel so after a long day on the job I was able to have a nice relaxing soak. Both the pool and hot tub were cleaned daily, which made it even better. They had a designated smoking area off the side of the hotel with places to sit while having said smoke, which was a nice change of pace and when the weather was bad they did not care if you smoked under the over hang where cars could be parked. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will probably stay here for any future trips.

Very cozy, suited for long stays. Provides breakfast and light dinner on weekdays. The staff are really kind and helpful. But too bad the TV doesn’t have Netflix built in. Very close to KLA is also a plus.

Just the best!! They are in some construction and in the middle of some modifications, but man even with those, their service, amenities, rooms, cleanliness everything was on point. After a stressful day at work, their bathrooms had good hot shower and a nice firm bed to watch some tv and go to sleep. The rooms were cozy and nice, while the internet was great even for remoting into my workstation from the room! The full kitchen was just great as well. And above all, the folks were always there and available at the front desk on call or in person, and were always polite and nice, and always helpful with anything I would need. And their complementary laundry with free detergent is just amazing!!! I cannot think of a better stress free place to stay whenever I visit my hed office in future again! They are nothing fancy, but simple and they do whatever they do the best way possible, and that makes it the most comfortable stay, like a home away from ome for working professionals especially. I know there is a lot of hardwork going into making it look this simple folks, but i genuinely appreciate all the planning and work. And thank you and please keep it up!

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. It truly embodies the Staybridge brand of IHG. I stayed here for several weeks, and the cleanliness was even better than other Staybridge and Candlewood locations I’ve been to. Despite having in-room kitchens, I never encountered any pests. The hotel is well-managed, with a beautiful garden. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily, and the water stays warm at night. Breakfast and weekday social dinners are thoughtfully prepared. The front desk was very helpful—even assisting me in checking with a neighboring hotel when my package went missing. I also appreciate the hotel's social responsibility in employing housekeeping staff with hearing impairments, and I often left them tips. Highly recommend for both family trips and business travelers!

I recently spent seven days at this outstanding hotel and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bay Area. My room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, and complimentary bottled water was replenished daily. The hotel offers a generous complimentary breakfast and dinner, with beer and wine included—an exceptional touch. Guests have access to a well-equipped gym, multiple pools, and convenient laundry facilities, all free of charge. One of the standout features was the complimentary transportation service to nearby destinations, which made getting around effortless. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I look forward to staying here again on future trips to the Bay Area. I have heard that the hotel is now even refurbishing the rooms in the summertime.

4.5 stars Just stayed here 5 nights under less than ideal family circumstances, so it was a relief that I picked a hotel that made my stay relaxing and stress free. Pros: - free breakfast AND free light dinner with beer/wine (wow!) - room with microwave, fridge, kitchenette - very friendly and helpful staff - daily and thorough housekeeping - decent pillows! - great location close to 237, 880 and a shopping center Cons: - low shower water pressure (not uncommon for hotels) - they put me on the "quiet side" of the building away from 237 (despite being a same day booking) but still heard some traffic noise from McCarthy Blvd - not enough to disturb my sleep though Overall I was quite impressed by the service and amenities at this hotel and it will be my go-to whenever I need to stay near San Jose.
